Party Details
Length of Time
Booking consists of a 2 hour total rental time spent in the facility. Time is spent on the gym floor for the first half with one of our certified coaches, and in the party room upstairs for the second half for cake and presents. You may opt to spend longer on the equipment if you choose (ie. 2/3 and 1/3), however please note that once participants are done in the gym area, they are not allowed back on the equipment after eating. Please note no food or drinks are allowed on the main floor area.
What's Included
Our party room includes two tables and chairs. There is a small kitchen fridge you may use during your rental time. You will be required to supply any food, drink, utensils, napkins, and decorations. All decorations must be taken down afterwards.
To allow time to set up for your party, we kindly ask that you show up no more than 15 minutes prior to your party, as we have multiple parties and require time to clean and reset our facility in between.
The Fine Print
All participants must fill out the Party Participant Information form prior to stepping on the gym floor. To speed up the process, please fill it out online in advance. Copies will be on-hand at the gym for those needing to be completed.
Parties include up to 10 children, unless otherwise arranged. Cost is $250.00 due at booking. Payment by credit card, cash, cheque or etransfer (note ‘party and date’ to the memo) to kenoragymnastics@gmail.com.
